In order to offer a safe, healthy and comfortable exhibition environment, we organizer of ProWine Shanghai 2021, take immediate actions to prevent the COVID-19 according to the requirements and prevention guidelines from local authorities. To ensure your health and public safety, following specific measures are advised to strictly follow:

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all guests involved including exhibitors, visitors and on-site staffs shall make real-name registration online in advance. All guests enter the venue should meet five requirements: (1) provide your nucleic acid test negative certificate result within 48 hours and upload on the registration system, (2) bring Foreign Passport original copy / Chinese ID card, (3) wear face mask, (4) present green QR Health Code by own mobile phone and Travel Code (5) body temperature below 37.3 degrees.

All guests must wear masks,keep 1-meter safe social distance away from others,wash hands frequently and avoid crowd cluster and body contact. All guests should select standard hotel accommodation which should comply with sanitary and epidemic prevention requirements. During the exhibition period, public places with dense crowd excluding exhibition area should be avoided as far as possible, the venue and local epidemic prevention regulations should be taken notice consciously.

All guests should observe measures launched by Shanghai Municipality on the management of guests coming to and returning to Shanghai from or passing through medium and high risk areas. Any violation shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.

In response to the government's current epidemic prevention requirements, individuals and their family members (or cohabitates) who have traveled abroad or lived in high-risk areas in China within 21 days, who have travelled to Macau within 14 days, or lived in middle-risk areas are not allowed to enter the exhibition.

In response to the government's current epidemic prevention requirements, staffs and related guests (including those returning to Shanghai within 14 days) who enter the venue must provide nucleic acid test negative certificate report within 48 hours.

In response to the government's current epidemic prevention requirements, if overseas guests take part in the exhibition, they should enter China in advance, and strictly implement the measures of "14-day quarantine observation + 7-day community health monitoring".

With showing green QR Health Code+Travel Code and nucleic acid test negative certificate report within 48 hours, measuring qualified body temperature which is below 37.3 degrees, the entrance will be accessible. People from medium or high risk areas are prohibited to enter into the venue. People with abnormal physical conditions should measure the body temperature again at temporary inspection counter. If the body temperature is still too high, the on-site staff should register their identity information and advise them to seek medical treatment in a medical institution or assist in calling ambulance for medical treatment.

Real-name registration will be carried out both online and offline, and Foreign Passport original copy / China ID card must be provided for exhibitor/visitor badge application. With the original registered document, people could enter the venue by swiping the ID card for China citizens and badges for overseas guests. Overseas visitors are required to provide RNA test report and a notification of release from isolation. They are required to verify their passport information at verification counter and pick up their badges. The badges are not transferrable. If discovered, the badges will become immediate invalid. Both parties shall bear all the consequences.

According to the requirements of relevant epidemic prevention departments, the exhibition will set a daily flow limit. If the limit is exceeded, admission channels will be closed. To avoid the peak flow, we encourage online reservation in advance. Please follow the instructions by onsite staff and visit the exhibition in batches.

All high-frequency contact areas shall be disinfected regularly. The venue party shall be responsible for the disinfection and sanitation records of places such as the halls、public areas for outdoor tents、corridors、aisles and toilets. The main gates of the hall are continuously open so as to guarantee air ventilation in the halls and conference areas. The toilets shall be ventilated to ensure the normal use of water supply, dryers and other facilities. Dining is prohibited in the stand booths and public areas, this should be conducted at appointed area or restaurants. The dustbin (bucket) should be cleaned and disinfected at least once a day, and a special recycling box (bucket) for discarded masks should be added.

Exhibitors are responsible for epidemic prevention and disinfection in their own booth during the exhibition, including disinfecting their own booths and keeping daily records. The booth shall be equipped with disinfectant, hand sanitizer and other epidemic prevention materials. If any guest in the booth maintains abnormal temperature, exhibitors should timely report to the staff onsite. The Exhibitor’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment should be signed by each of exhibitors before show and follow the relevant regulations onsite.

Organizers have the duty to keep disinfection and hygiene records of organizer office, meeting rooms and rest areas at least twice a day.

Exhibitors, temporary and onsite staff must complete the health information declaration form prior to the exhibition which includes Name、Foreign Passport original copy / China ID card、Contact details、Company Name、travel records in the past 14 days、Replacement of relevant guests at risk. The application form will be recorded and filed by the organizer in summary. Individuals and their family members (or cohabitates) who have traveled abroad or lived in high-risk areas in China within 21 days, who have travelled to Macau within 14 days, or lived in middle-risk areas are not allowed to enter the exhibition. Staff and related guests (including those returning to Shanghai within 14 days) who enter the venue must provide nucleic acid test negative certificate report within 48 hours.

To strictly control the quantity of attendance, some of the conferences and activities will be broadcasted online or recorded. Participants must wear masks throughout the meeting, and seats will be kept at a safe distance. The lecturer will be equipped with a disposable microphone set and the conference equipment such as microphone, control pen and platform will be sterilized. Meeting room shall be thoroughly disinfected once a day and disinfected again during the break. The halls, elevators, toilets and other public areas will be inspected by special guets. Meeting area will be equipped with disposable disinfectant for participants to use. Conference registration, on-site management and epidemic prevention measures are same as that in the venue. Meanwhile, participants are encouraged to attend online meetings.

During the exhibition, the main gate of each hall will be equipped with disposable disinfectant for participants to use. Meanwhile, masks could be purchased onsite in the hall and meeting area if necessary.

According to the requirements of relevant government departments for epidemic prevention, the epidemic prevention and control management of restaurants in the exhibition area shall be strengthened, and activities such as trial eating and trial tasting shall not be carried out at the exhibition site. There is no retail sale of frozen fresh food in the exhibition area. It is prohibited to taste frozen fresh food that has not been "fully cooked and processed".

If overseas guests take part in the exhibition, they should enter China in advance, and strictly implement the measures of "14-day quarantine observation + 7-day community health monitoring".

All exhibitors had better complete vaccination against COVID-19.

On site nucleic acid testing arrangement:

Nucleic acid testing reports issued by local regular medical and testing institutions can be used. It is recommended that you reasonably arrange travel time and try to complete nucleic acid testing in advance at the testing institution near the departure place or hotel.

The organizer will set up temporary test counters in the venue for all guests to test;

Please observe the on-site order during the inspection in line, be sure to wear masks throughout the process, and keep a distance of 1- meter in line.

It takes at least 6 hours to issue the on-site test report. Please be sure to calculate the time interval and test in advance. The effective time of the test report shall be subject to the time of issuing the report.

Onsite inspection shall:
1) Carry your Foreign Passport original copy / Chinese ID card with you.
2) Complete Foreign Passport original copy / Chinese ID card identification and sampling tube matching on site.
3) Take the matched sampling tube and go to the sampling area to complete sampling.
To those with incomplete "Exhibitor Epidemic Prevention and Control Responsibility Commitment", organizer reserves the right to forbidden exhibitors to enter the exhibition hall, and exhibitors should bear all consequences arising therefrom. Please understand and cooperate with us!
